The Academic Advisory
Board (AAB) is the highest advisory body to advise the
Governing Council in the field of education.
FUNCTIONS
The functions of AAB
includes
(a) Reviewing the
progress of education from time to time
(b) to appraise the extent and manner in which the education
policy has been implemented by the Governing Council
and to give appropriate advice in the matter
For the discharge of these functions, the Board may
(i) call for information and comments from any individual;
(ii) appoint committees or groups of competent personal
identified unanimously.
PROCEDURE
The Board will adopt is own procedure in respect of
matters mentioned above.
C. MEETINGS OF GOVERNING
COUNCIL AND ADVISORY BOARD
The governing body meets sufficiently and normally not
less than four times a year, in order to discharge its
duties effectively.
Similarly, the AAB meets once in three months to discuss
the progress in various fields and suggests improvements
